Box Eggshell

An eggshell-inlaid lacquer box — hundreds of shell fragments forming a luminous mosaic across lid and body. Each piece of duck eggshell is placed individually into wet lacquer, creating an organic crackle pattern that recalls ancient ceramics. Sealed under multiple clear coats for a smooth, tactile finish.
