Every piece is packed by hand with museum-grade materials, fully insured, and shipped worldwide from our workshop in Siem Reap.
Shipping
Each order is shipped personally via DHL Express. Because every piece is unique — in size, weight, and packaging — shipping is calculated individually for each order.
How it works:
- You place your order and pay for your piece
- Within 24 hours, we send you a personalised DHL shipping quote for your destination
- You approve the quote and pay for shipping
- Your piece is carefully packed and dispatched
Shipping starts from $30 depending on destination and package weight.
Preparation
- In-stock pieces — ships within 3–5 business days after shipping confirmed
- Personalised pieces — 7–14 days
- Made to order — 2–4 months (you will be kept informed throughout)

Lacquerwork is delicate and precious. We treat every shipment accordingly.

- All packages marked FRAGILE with handling instructions
Customs & Duties
Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Rates vary by country — please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Phytosanitary certificates provided for all wooden products as required.
Returns
- 14-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Personalised and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable
- 12-month warranty on all pieces (24 months for EU customers)
Damaged in transit? Take photos and contact us within 7 days. All shipments are fully insured — we will arrange a full replacement or refund.
