Bowl Red Natural

Hand-turned hevea wood, finished in layers of natural red lacquer — a colour traditionally associated with vitality and celebration in Southeast Asian craft. Each bowl is shaped on a foot-powered lathe and coated in 25+ layers of natural lacquer harvested from the Thitsi tree. The deep red develops its warmth over months of polishing between coats.
