- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Personalized and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable
- 12-month warranty on all pieces (24 months for EU customers)
Damaged in transit? Take photos and contact us within 7 days. All shipments are fully insured — we will arrange a full replacement or refund.
